The following describes my work process, provides information on what I agree and disagree to draw. I retain the right to terminate the commission in case the client violates this terms. Most often, this means that I do not have enough time or I am not sure that I can do the job well. ✦ Payments and refunds ✦ ✧ Boosty/Hipolink is a preferable payment methods. Only full prepayment. Work will not be started until prepayment is received. ✧ If the cost is over $300, we can discuss a payment plan. After 50% prepayment I will make a sketch, but the rest of the work will be completed only after full payment is received. ✧ No refunds. ✦ Rights/commercial use ✦ ✧ Only for personal use. You cannot sell my works anywhere! No prints, t-shirts, mugs, stickers, etc. — nothing that generates revenue. You can upload a watermarked version of the artwork and use it online in any non-commercial manner, but please include a link back to my gallery. ✧ I reserve the right to use the illustration and the WIP images in any way I decide to use them. ✧ Private commissions (pictures will not be published anywhere) cost twice the original price! ✦ Deadlines ✦ ✧ For illustration, the deadline is from 2 week to 3 mounth for 1 character after approoving the sketch. Usually the work takes much less time, but I want to be comfortable with the deadlines. ✧ Please be patient. If for some reason I have to extend the term of work, I will immediately let you know. ✧ If you want to shorten your work time, I can put your order in priority for an additional fee (the price depends on the period in which you want to receive the order, as well as on my workload) ✦ Workflow ✦ ✧ No written character description will be accepted! Before ordering you MUST have clear visual references (photos, sketches etc). This is for illustrations only. Please attach a photo with a pose, a plot, a palette, everything I need to know. For custom adopts: please try to find suitable references for what you want. The more details you describe, the higher the chance that the finished version will suit you completely. ✧ After payment I will send you a sketch for approval. Any changes can be applied only at this phase. ✧ After approving the sketch, I start coloring in turn. The maximum deadline is 3 months. ✧ If the initial sketch was rejected for some reason, I reserve the right to keep the rejected sketch\pose, modify and use it in any way I see fit. ✧ When the art is ready, only little changes are possible (slight color correction, small details).
