Clients are required to provide a clear reference of character that's being commissioned unless it is a full character design commission. Commissions are selected based on how well I can fulfill your request, I do reserve the right to decline your commission if I think the project doesn't fit with my style. Commissions for commercial use grant you the exclusive right to use the finished work for profit in any kind of usage you wish and i charge +100% price for that kind of work

The amount of free revisions included are as follows: Sketch phase: 1 round of big revisions (for example, completely redoing the sketch), and 4 rounds of medium revisions Lineart with base colors: 2 rounds of minor revisions Finished work: 2 rounds of minor revisions _____ Further revisions will be charged an extra fee, depending on the complexity and amount of work to be redone. The extra fee is valued at $100 USD per working hour (communication included), with a minimum billable time of 15 minutes ($25 USD). _____ P.S. A round of revisions is counted as all the feedback you give me after I deliver you the sketch/lineart/finished work, even if multiple things need to be changed. For example: I show you the sketch, you want to change part A, I deliver the revised sketch, you want to change part B. This counts as 2 rounds of revisions. Instead, if I show you the sketch, and you ask me to change part A and part B on the same feedback, it counts as 1 round of revisions.

Set deadlines can be discussed prior to starting the commission. Please understand that although I can guarantee my working speed, I cannot do the same for the client's communication and project scope. So the following terms apply: After the first 24 hours (working days) the client doesn't pay or reply to inquiries that hold me from continuing, the deadline will be extended by the amount of hours that have passed after the inquiry was made. Any revisions outside of the free limit or increase in the project scope will also extend the deadline for another 24 hours or more depending on the complexity.

Once a commission is finished, approved, and delivered, I’m not responsible for the proper storage of the finished file, and may not be able to deliver it again in case it gets lost. If the client needs the source file of a commission, an extra fee may apply and they must request it at the beginning of the commission process or I may not be able to deliver it if requested at a later date.
